01 - General Terms

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my TOS.
Prices may be subject to change due to demand.
Kindly note that I am able to reject a commission for any reason.

02 - Payment

Payment is currently accepted through PayPal in USD, and will be requested by invoice.
The quoted price must be paid in full before I reserve your spot, and begin working on your commission.
Please do not send a payment until I have agreed to accept the commission.

03 - Process

Please provide detailed descriptions of your request, with clear character references. I may ask a lot of questions to ensure that your request is fully understood.
I will send you a WIP of the sketch, followed by an additional WIP for colored pieces, that we can modify before proceeding. Once confirmed, revisions are unable to be accepted.
Due to my own personal works, life, and schedule, commissions may take up to 3-6 weeks depending on the complexity.
When commission is complete, you will receive a full-resolution PNG image via e-mail. Please note that there is no physical product.

04 - Refund

Refunds are unable to be requested once I begin your commission.
If I cannot begin or complete your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I wlll transfer the money back to you myself.

05 - Copyright & Usage

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork.
I reserve the right to use comissioned work in my portfolio, and post it on my social media unless explicity advised otherwise.
You may upload the commissioned artwork to any website, and social media with credit to me: holyurei.
Unless discussed prior, all commissions are for personal uses only.
You may not alter, or make profits from any commissioned piece of any kind (editing, reselling, making prints, redistributing etc.)
